We offer career opportunities from 25K to 120K — all with flexible hours and a great work environment. Sales Representative — Our consultants show and demonstrate our company’s products and services in our customers homes. You will be trained in our selling system, which allows the customer to receive the complete amount of information in order to make an informed decision. Up to 3 leads per day are available for top performers, with one lead per day guaranteed. We offer the best conditions and compensation package in the business.

Marketing Representative – Our marketing staff give one-on-one demonstrations of our products in a variety of locations, special events, festivals, trade shows throughout Columbus and Central Ohio. You will work with a team of people representing Cardinal Builders in these venues.

Telemarketing — Phone professionals are needed to set appointments with prospective customers for in home demonstrations of our products.  Full and part time positions are available, experience preferred but not required.

Canvasser — Outside representatives needed to talk to homeowners in and around neighborhoods where we are currently doing work.  These representatives are looking for potential prospects who are interested in learning more about our company and our products.
